Thermal effects on nuclear matter properties

چکیده
A quantitative description of the properties hot nuclear matter will be needed for interpretation available and forthcoming astrophysical data, providing information on post merger phase a neutron star coalescence. We have employed recently developed theoretical model, based phenomenological Hamiltonian including two- three-nucleon potentials, to study temperature dependence average single-particle relevant applications. The possibility represent results microscopic calculations using simple yet physically motivated parametrisations thermal effects, suitable use in numerical simulations processes, is also discussed.

Bulk Nuclear Properties and Nuclear Matter
The universe contains a remarkably wide variety of atomic nuclei, with mass numbers A (the sum of the numbers of proton Z and the neutron N) up to 250. While there are many interesting properties details that differentiate these nuclei from each other, there is also a powerful set of systematic trends and general properties that provide an important and useful framework for understanding the ba...

Based on the initial conditions such as the inflaton mass and its decay br...
متن کاملThe Effects of Correlations on Neutrino Opacities in Nuclear Matter
Including nucleon–nucleon correlations due to both Fermi statistics and nuclear forces, we have developed a general formalism for calculating the neutral–current neutrino–nucleon scattering rates in nuclear matter. We derive corrections to the dynamic structure factors due to both density and spin correlations and find that neutrino–nucleon scattering rates are suppressed by large factors aroun...
متن کاملDirac Sea Effects on Superfluidity in Nuclear Matter
We study two kinds of Dirac sea effects on the S0 pairing gap in nuclear matter based on the relativistic Hartree approximation to quantum hadrodynamics and the Gor’kov formalism. We show that the vacuum fluctuation effect on the nucleon effective mass is more important than the direct coupling between the Fermi sea and the Dirac sea due to the pairing interaction. The effects of the high-momen...
متن کاملCorrelation effects on the weak response of nuclear matter
The consistent description of the nuclear response at low and high momentum transfer requires a unified dynamical model, suitable to account for both shortand long-range correlation effects. We report the results of a study of the charged current weak response of symmetric nuclear matter, carried out using an effective interaction obtained from a realistic model of the nucleon-nucleon force wit...
